On Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 7:00pm in the Griffiths Arts Center international muralist Francisco Letelier presented a gallery lecture on "Blackboards of the People: Murals and Activism from the Americas". A catered reception in the Brush Art Gallery followed the talk which was free and open to the public
