Land Arts of the American West

As a visiting artist of the Land Arts of the American West Program of the University of New Mexico in September 2018 I travelled with a small group of faculty and students to wilderness sites in Colorado and New Mexico and began work on Paso del Condor a project I will create as a resident of the Santa Fe Art Institute's Truth and Reconciliation cycle for 2019.
Our group created installations and performances for the Neo Rio yearly event at Rio Grande del Norte National Monument, at the gorge of the Rio Grande near Questa New Mexico and carried out field work at the Rio Grande Headwaters area in the Rio Grande National Forest, Southern Colorado, San Juan Mountains.
